Recently, I’ve read through research on google that if you masturbate for longer (15 minutes or more) instead of just a couple of minutes before you come, that you last longer in bed?
I’ve tried it for the past week but haven’t had sex or anything so just wondering?

What is more important is not the amount of time masturbating but getting to the point of orgasm, letting the feeling die away, and continuing masturbating. This is an exercise men who suffer premature ejaculation practice. It is all about learning to control when you orgasm. Another technique is to urinate (as normal in toilet) and stop midway, then continue, then stop, then continue. This helps tighten your muscles and gives you more control.

Hi, This is a very good point. I think it is a good habit to take when you masturbate to last longer and take your time to build up your arousal. What you do in practice, you will do with a partner. The stopping technique sure is important, but you can also learn to use your breathing and your pc muscle to last longer in bed.

Well… interesting question.
To begin with, i guess it does make you last longer. At the age of 16, when i try hard the limitting factor for me is how long my legs can hold out rather than any other part of me.
i’ve answered about amount of masturbation, not about length of time spent on it.
But here’s the problem. I don’t feel much. There were other factors in play (i got into several bad habits during masturbation including holding my breath… don’t do that, it’ll have a negative impact on your sex life for a long, long time).
So, if you want to enjoy your sex life to its fullest, don’t masturbate. Just don’t. It’s a bad idea. Or if you must, do so as little as possible.
