   Well if your under age and it was your first time you should be waiting until you can control your climax.

   Other wise maybe you used too much lube in your hand.

   Or maybe you had to urinate, which will cause one to climax much faster.

   Hope this was helpful. If you find you ejaculate much too soon maybe you need some cream from a sex shop or a Drug store to delay the sensations to your glans.

   Your hormones might be stronger in the morning. If you wait until later in the day or at night, can you last long enough?

   Relationships involve compromise; you might have to convince your girlfriend that if she wants sex for longer, it needs to be later in the day.

   (Or think about this – there are other things you can do to satisfy her besides intercourse, maybe you two could work something out in the morning so that even though you get off in 2 seconds, you can still do something that takes longer that makes her happy…)
