i’ve read in various places that there are certain medical conditions that can cause premature ejaculation (as opposed to the usual causes of the problem) but i cant seem to find any mention of what these conditions are. and clues?

Premature Ejaculation is not caused by Medical Conditions, it’s control and Genetics. We are all made differently and some men respond to sexual situations with a high sexual libidio level then others with a mild and some with a low. It’s not a medical condition.

Many males aren’t aware of how to control themselves during sex, and circumcised males have premature ejaculation more than non-circumcised males.

Obviously, tampering with the nerves and nerve endings on the penis by mutilation won’t improve sexual function or ability—it doesn’t take a genius to understand this.
Damage to the penis will diminish sexual function and ability, it’s very logical.
I suffered from the opposite effects of circumcision damage, and had problems attaining orgasm. Depending on the type of damage, circumcision can cause either premature ejaculation, or even make it impossible to attain orgasm.
I finally found out about foreskin restoration, and it’s absolutely the best thing that I’ve ever done for myself. (You can google foreskin restoration).
Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex.
A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.

Most of the premature ejaculation problems arise due to psychological problems than for medical reasons. However, scientists have long suspected a genetic link to certain forms of premature ejaculation. In one study, ninety-one percent of men who suffered from lifelong premature ejaculation also had a first-relative with lifelong premature ejaculation.
But there hasn’t been substantial proof to that. Usually doctors prescribe only anti-anxiety medication as a first level cure to ejaculation problems.
There are plenty other sufficiently effective medication available in the market these day and even those are not meant to cure any medical related problems with you.
