What can my fiance do to prevent premature ejaculation?

Gossip

My fiance and I make love about 2-3 times a week. We both feel he has a problem with premature ejaculation. I have read that it is only considered that if it happens within the first minute, which is not the case here, but I’m sure it could happen within the first minute if he didn’t pull out. When he gets close and I’m not ready for orgasm, he does pull out but his penis tends to be less hard each time he has to do that. Which then causes the problem of having an orgasm at all. I have told him that he should spend more time on me before actually having intercourse and he does that when time permits but when it doesn’t, what should we do to prevent this terrible thing from happening? We take our sexual relationship very seriously and this question is in no way a joke, it is an honest, serious question.

I think 2-3 times a week is way to few for engaged couple. And it is true that he should handle this himself so-to-speak.
Or if your not opposed, opiates will stop him from coming at all.

    Drug treatment
Although anti-anxiety medications such as benzodiazepines and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) are already used in the treatment of premature ejaculation, they are not drugs specifically targeted to treat premature ejaculation.

A serotonin transport inhibitor drug intended to specifically target premature ejaculation, with the generic name of dapoxetine, is currently undergoing Phase III clinical evaluation.

believe it or not, he needs to spend more time with himself and not you. the answer to his problem is the age old taboo masturbation. does he do it? i imagine having an active sex partner he feels he doesn’t need to,but it can actually help him to control his sex drive and when he ejaculates. he has to become more aware of when that time is coming(pun intended),and learn how to put on the brakes before it’s too late. it could take some time for him to become used to "holding out",but it can be done. learning to do this on his own will also save you the frustration of not getting off when you do have sex. and you cant look at it as "he doesn’t love me otherwise he wouldn’t be doing that". if it makes you insecure or jealous (though why you’d be jealous of his hand i don’t know) let him look at you while he does it. or just pictures of you if it’s too embarassing to watch him. you have to understand what a man feels when he’s with a woman. it’s THE most exciting thing in the world. it’s hard NOT to be a little quick on the draw. but if he can learn to control his sexual charge through masturbation, it’ll be beneficial for both of you in the end (no pun intended…unless you’re into that kind of thing).

There was this TV programme on this exact matter on the UK’s Channel 4. It was called "Sex Inspectors" and it ‘starred’ Tracey Cox, the author of Supersex. In it, a couple was having this issue and, amongst other suggestions, he was advise to practise repetitively contract his urinary tract sphincter.

To lengthen staying power before orgasm, try to achieve 300 quick pelvic (i.e. urinary) contractions per day. The relaxation end part of the contraction will stop an orgasm. Can put weight on penis (i.e. wrapped towel – can wet for more weight) to really strengthen contractions. The penis should jerk up during each contraction.

    Good luck
