So whenever i masturbate, i only last 3-5 mins. I have never had sex before, I am only 18, i am pretty athletic (in good shape not fat) yet i dont last too long. Will it last longer during sex, i mean i know about the quote "penis isnt everything" but will the penis part last longer though?

I tried the method of squeezing the head of the penis tight before ejaculation, but it didn’t quit work and I still ejaculated. does it mean that I have to practice it more? and can I practice it by myself during masturbation? Im 14 and lately ive been growing alot. In the past year or so my penis has grown about 2 inches. Lately ive had lack of ejaculatory control and am ejaculating in about 4-5 minutes opposed to around 20 when im with a girl. My fiance and I make love about 2-3 times a week. We both feel he has a problem with premature ejaculation. I have read that it is only considered that if it happens within the first minute, which is not the case here, but I’m sure it could happen within the first minute if he didn’t pull out. When he gets close and I’m not ready for orgasm, he does pull out but his penis tends to be less hard each time he has to do that. Which then causes the problem of having an orgasm at all. I have told him that he should spend more time on me before actually having intercourse and he does that when time permits but when it doesn’t, what should we do to prevent this terrible thing from happening? We take our sexual relationship very seriously and this question is in no way a joke, it is an honest, serious question.

I’ve been having this problem for a while, this is quite embarassing and i want to stop these problems any way i can. I am still in my late teens, so i don’t think I should be having this problem.
