Is it better to not masturbate for a while ( about a week ) or masturbate more often to last longer during sex?
So I want to last longer during sex, so I try to not masturbate for about a week. Will this help? Or will masturbating more often help?

If you want to last longer during sex, you need to j*ck off before sex.
