Your best bet is almost certainly…
By not taking anafranil!
That drug anafranil is not generally used for that problem. It is an antidepressant. So, unless you are unable to perform in bed due to clinical depression, it wouldn’t work.
Also, the drug might *worsen* any sexual performance problems you are having, so it is a bad choice of antidepressant for a man with that difficulty!

Anafranil (Clomipramine Hydrochloride) is a tricylic antidepressant. It takes up to 20 days for the chemicals to change in your body from the drug. It is used for treatment of OCD and panic disorder and PMDD. It does not even have any unlabeled uses for sexual performance. You should not use this for sexual performace.
