Not much you can do really. Its seriously up to him to get himself to last longer. Talk to him and tell him its pissing you off. Its a mental thing too. Tell him to think of other things when he is about to climax or to slow down..
Experience helps. Get him to watch porn and "relieve himself" regularly.
