    I thought those were for women to tighten the muscles around the vagina – didn’t know guys could do them too…
    But no, those exercises won’t really help you last longer… the problem is in your mind mostly… You need to learn to control yourself. Some guys who get there too quick stop and do something else – maybe give oral pleasure to your girl – or try a different position…

    No, but they say if you masturbate and just before you finish, you stop, and wait till you are almost soft, then repeat. dont know if it works cause i last fine, so i never tried it and havnt needed to for a while, i get others to do it for me now :) but give it a shot!

    i havent personally trierd them… id say eat some cucumbers.. ( they give u energy… and try taking care of your "friend" b4 u sleep with a girl i dunno what else to say ive heard that u can put a towl on it and move it up and down suppose to help u control when u c u m

    Well its more of a hold back thing. By using this muscle it is possible to hold back your "finish" untill that moment passes and then continue. I prefer to either alter my mindset to avoid it getting to that point or take a break and please her in other ways so I can be confidant that she will be satisfied.

    Kegel exercises are to tighten your inner walls of the vagina. Usually we do these after giving birth to tighten back up. Lots of sex when you tighten up will do the same thing. Those muscles get stretched and need to be worked to go back to being 16!
    I was told to imagine your vagina as an elevator shaft, count each floor as you tighten the muscles. First floor, somewhat tight, hold that floor for a few seconds, then go to floor 2, tighten, hold and then go up to floor 3, tighten hold and so on….
