You don’t. If you have it you have it. If you ejaculation in under 2 mins of penetration, then you have premature ejaculation. You can take supplements and do kegel exercises to treat it. There is no diagnosis. If you finish faster than you want to finish, then it was premature. There’s plenty of younger people who ejaculate before they even get their clothes off. But mostly the term refers to sex that finishes sooner than the couple would like.
It does tend to get better with experience, because men learn to pace themselves and pull back before they hit a point of no return. Younger men also find that they can have sex shortly after ejaculating, sometimes with less than hour rest, and that the second session lasts much longer than the first. email if you have any other questions.

i never heard of a diagnosis. you kinda just know i mean if you jerk off before you start to have sex.. thats premature…
and i really dont think theresa cure you kinda just gotta get more sexual experince where simple things dont arouse so easy.
