Im a male in highschool and Im extremely worried that the first time I get any kind of sex I will be done and soft…so to speak…way too fast. Like too fast for the girl to take any pleasure in it. Is this normal? What can I do to make sure I at least dont emberass myself and last at least a little bit longer?

The bad news is that it’s normal when you’re so worked up, especially your first time. Try instead to stimulate her for a while first, working her up to it before you chime in. Go down on her for as long as she wants and/or use your hands creatively. When she can’t hold off any longer, join in and you’ll both enjoy the intensity of the moment, however short.

its normal…. they have these de-sensitizing or whatever condoms you can buy and you would last much longer. u wont feel as much
