Ever since I’ve been with my latest girlfriend, I’ve only been able to last about 10 minutes and then I’m finished. With my last girlfriend, I could easily last 30-45 minutes. My new girlfriend is considerably more attractive, but I don’t think that’s the issue… also, does masturbation increase or decrease how long one can last in sex?
I mean, if I masturbate several times a week, will it decrease or increase the time I can last?

Masturbate before, it desensitizes everything. Sometimes my husband has trouble c*mming for the second time though.

How can you last longer in sex. The answer is quite simple. Yes, I mean simple.
You NEED TO develop a nerve pathway from your brain to your ejaculatory apparatus so that you do not end up ejaculating when you do not want to ejaculate. This can be done by exercising the nerve pathway involved in this process.
I am sure you can pass water (urinate) when you want to. I am sure you cannot stop urinating midstream (when your bladder is not empty yet). You can develop control over your micturation process by learning to stop urinating after starting to urinate. The nerve pathway involved in the two processes is the same. So practicing to stop urinating midstream develops control over your ejaculation process.
Practise this: Go to the toilet when your bladder is full. Start to urinate. Stop as soon as a stream develops. Start again, stop again and restart again. Over a period of about two weeks you will have developed control over your ability to start and stop urinating at will. You will also have full control over when you want to ejaculate. Simple, eh?
Other methods to control ejaculation include the use of anaesthetic ointments on the foreskin, surgical removal of sensitive tissues as in circumcision and alcohol consumption. All of the interventions mentioned in this paragraph make sex less enjoyable. I would not recommend these. Sex should be enjoyable to both parties and both parties should reach orgasm at the same time for optimal pleasure of sex.
If your girlfriend is more attractive you are more likely to ejaculate sooner.
Masturbation immediately before having sex with an attractive girlfriend will increase how long you can have sex. However, if you are young and well nourished the effect will be minimal.
