You can build up your control. There is a name fr this technique, but I can’t remember it. Basically what you do (you can do this alone or with a partner), is bring yourself right to the edge of orgasm, then stop and concentrate on something else-maybe your partner or if your alone-your nipples or balls, wheree ver else you like to be touched. When the orgasm feeling subsides start stroking again. Stop before you orgas. Repeat this process as much as you can before going over the edge. This helps build your control. As far as the prec*m..there is nothing wrong with it, a lot of men release large amounts.
