The stop and go method will work but it takes some practice. If you find that it doesn’t work for you right away or not at all, concentrate more on her during foreplay. In other words, make sure she gets hers before you get yours.

well youre not the only one with this situation. actually a lot of guys can probably relate to this. im not sure if your gf sees it as a problem but she might not. you might try a bit more foreplay before hand just to make sure shes highly aroused before you begin actual intercourse (and maybe make sure she "arrives" during the experience) also yes what you have written can work for some guys but not always.also wearing a condom or a tighter condom inhibits the sensation helping you to last longer as well. and im not sure what your thoughts on masturbation are but masturbation can also help. many men who frequently masturbate tend to last longer. especially if they do it the same day as intercourse. also you might just be open with your gf about it if she has a big problem with it just say something to the affect of " you get me so turned on i can’t help it" i wish you the best of luck and please remember to practice safe sex

Damon, what you describe is the "stop and go method"

Yes it does help, you should start doing it

You should also do the following things to have More stamina than a marathon runner

When having sex, RELAX, your Instinct will be to tense up your muscles and focus on the pleasure

Don’t

Just relax and focus on your breathing, Slow breaths, in and out

Also, don’t think about the stimulation, think about pleasing your partner, you will be surprised how this helps

Finally, use positions which you don’t feel much pleasure but she does.
