i don’t know on what department of medicine i can go to, to urology? internal doctor? i’m not sure how can i go to hospital and ask help to my premature ejaculation, i ejaculate for a matter of a minute, or less.. anyone pls help.. thanks.

Look up urologists in the phone book :make an appointment.
In every hospital one of them works there as well:just call for information.

Just call a clinic or even the hospital im sure there will be somebody to direct you to the correct place for your problem.
