Firstly, let him relax, and have him urinate half an hour before the act. This empties his bladder and puts less pressure on him. Talk good to him. Do some sensuous talk. Do not rush into intercourse. Indulge in good foreplay. Let him touch you all over and get his fingers play in your vagina. If you are game for it, you can indulge in oral sex.
Use a thicker condom which maybe ribbed/dotted as it enhances pleasure but makes him last longer. Play some soft music in the background. Be gentle and not rip each other apart!

yes tell him to masterb*te 1 hour before you want to get it on and he should last longer he might feel like he can’t get off but it just takes longer

There’s nothing you can do to make him last longer. There are things he can do, but he may not realize there’s a problem. Talk to him about it. Maybe more foreplay so you can have an orgasm before sex even starts. Or maybe he can manually stimulate you after he’s done until you orgasm. There are also things he can do to help himself last longer, but those are all up to him.

I believe there should be Condoms out that help with that issue as well. no idea how they work, or if they work. but look around your pharmacy.

my fiancee and i used to have the same problem… tell him to masturb*te until he’s about to c um and stop and press his palm against the tip of his penis.
